Jamie Felix
My name is Jamie and I work as a Staff Writer here on The Pointer. This is my first year taking journalism and so far I like it. I like to write about anything I can get my hands on, whether its writing about news on t.v or an opinion I have. Playing sports is what I have a passion for. I transferred from Baltimore City College in late October to attend Sparrows Point High School. Being in journalism opened up my eyes to new things out in the world. It has taught me to look back and see what our world has become and it showed me things I never knew were happening in our universe. Journalism helped me make new friends and I will continue to be in journalism for years to come.

Hi my name is Meghan and this is my third year on the Pointer staff. I’m in the SPECIES program here so that I can learn more about animals. I have been interested and involved with animals my whole life. My favorite activities are playing with my friends, kayaking, canoeing, and at times I like to just go for a walk. I joined Journalism so that I can get a better perspective of the school, and get to know more people around the school through interviews.
